That having been done, I went stash diving to see if there was anything in there that i couldn't live without, and came up with this...
It looks a little like Cousin It up there :)Anyway, when my Mom, Aunt and I went to Medrona this spring, I came away with some wonderful stuff and one of my favorite acquisitions was this Silkmo in the colorway Korppi from the Blue Moon booth. It was meant to go with the Flower Basket pattern from Fiber Trends and it's working out beautifully right now.

Well, except that I keep messing up and forgetting yarn overs so I'm having to count stitches every half row right now. But, I'm hoping my learning curve won't be a learning hole and eventually I'll be able to make a whole row without having to tink back and remake a stitch :)

I'm using my cards to make it easier...it's kinda my thing (I'm a teacher and may have a laminating problem) I type the repeats out in bigger font and maybe the number of stitches that I'm supposed to have per row and whatever else I think I'll forget, cut them out and laminate them. They're easy to get into a knit bag, are water resistant and I can write on them with a dry erase marker if I need to mark off that I did a row or make notes where I stopped and so on. Each card is a row and when I'm done, I flip to the next card. They're very handy and I have quite a collection. Just make sure you write on them what the project was and number them or you'll have a collection of big fat mess (ask me how I know)!!
